How to add contact me page in blogger

Many bloggers  add contact me page on their blogs and its good for people/visitors to contact the owner of blog and ask any question.
Here is the step by step method to create contact me page on blogger.



Create contact form

  • Go to Google drive and sign in.
  • Click on Create and select Form.
  • A form creation page will open, type the title of your form like "Contact me."
  • Type question title. The most common questions are Name, Email and comment.
  • Select question type text for name and Email and question type paragraph for comment.
Now your form will look like this.
  • Now save the form and click on More action > Embed copy the html code.

Create contact page in blogger

You have created your form and copied the html code, now its time to make contact me page in blogger.
Follow the instructions.
  • Go to your blog and create a new page and select blank page.

  • Give post title Contact me.
  • Go to HTML section and paste the code.( You can change the width of the page, You can find width in HTML code and change it. The default width is "760")
  • Publish your page.
Your contact page is now live in your blog. To be notified by Email whenever someone submit a form, go back to Google drive and open your created contact me form, click on Tools > Notification rules. Here you can set Email notification.

    1. You will get the Email address of persons who will send you message. You can reply to them with your Own or with your blog's Email address.

  7. Thanks for the guide... very simple to follow! However, I am missing something, because I set up the form, get the embed code, paste it into my new page on my site, and publish it. But that new page links back to the home page, for some reason. If I go in to edit that page and then preview it, it looks correct, but published it doesn't. Any idea what I've done wrong?

  15. I need help, for some reason after I save it to my blog, when I click on the "contact me" tab, it shows my "HOME" page.. in 'preview' it looks fine... Please help?

    1. Working fine with me. I am also using that contact form in this page.
      I also tried by making one more form and that also worked fine.
      You may be doing something wrong, follow the exact steps given above. And let me know if you still can not do it.

  18. Got it finally! Just started from scratch. I also made sure I checked "Publish and show a link to the results of this form" at the bottom of the Google Drive Form not sure if that made a difference but now I can see my form. Thanks!

  19. Hello and thank you for the tutorial! I have one question. When I go to Tools > Notification rules and check that I would like to be notified by email it won't allow me to save it. I'm not sure what I need to do.

    1. I couldn't find its solution. But you can still check whether someone contacted you or not by visiting Google Drive.
